Overview
In any organizational setup, posting of purchase/sales orders by the respective departments assumes utmost significance in the light of all commercial transactions. For a small organization, there could be few purchase order postings on a day-to-day basis, which could be accomplished via “Purchase/Sales Order” module of Open Sesame. However, for a large organizational setup, where there are hundreds or thousands of transactions processed on a single day, posting each order individually is a cumbersome process for such organization involving lot of time and resources. In order to eliminate such hassles, “Sure Link” has been developed to enable posting of bulk purchase/sales orders to the respective servers by a single click.
Technology
Sure Link has been developed in Visual Basic.
Functionality:
As a first step, “Sure Link” needs to be installed at the customer’s end, based on the size of the organization and the bulk of transactions that can be processed on a single day. Organization on its part needs to maintain the purchase order data (Order No, Date, product & price details, etc) in an excel sheet, which can later be uploaded to the respective servers by a single click on “Sure Link”
