Acumen recruits regularly Entry Level Trainee Programmers (ELTPs), who are fresh Graduate Engineers or Post Graduates in Computer Applications, train them rigorously on job for a period of 6 to 8 months giving exposure to various aspects of Software Life Cycle Development using latest tools and technologies. This training program makes them a well accomplished and a deft software programmer with hands on experience.
While expecting excellence and commitment in the work you do, fun and recreation is also a part of our Work Culture. Occasionally, all associates and their families are invited to participate in company celebrations, social gatherings etc, creating an excellent platform for fostering a family culture among our associates.
